Little Sparrow à La Carte Wedding offerings
Little Sparrow’s wedding offerings highlight the seasonality of flowers grown on the farm and in the surrounding region. We specialize in a la carte wedding packages appropriate for couples who want the gift of the changing seasons and color palettes. This is ideal for customers who want personal flowers for the wedding party, table centerpieces and focal flowers.
The a la carte wedding package is not appropriate for customers looking for specific flowers and complicated designs, or installations. If this is what you are looking for, Little Sparrow can direct you to some amazing flower farmer/florists who specialize in larger installations and design.
Through the a la carte wedding package we will create arrangements and personal wedding party designs with whatever is growing on the farm the week of your wedding according to your color palette. We will supplement flowers through trusted flower farmer partners also, if needed.
We do offer a 30-minute consultation free of charge over the phone, or in person on the farm. Pricing is available from the outset so you can stay within your budget needs. Flowers may be picked up at the farm, or for an additional fee, we can provide delivery for orders over $1,000.
*Please note that we do not do wedding flowers in our off season (mid-October – end of March)

We will then schedule a phone consultation to talk about any further questions and specifics around our a la carte service and your particular wedding needs.
Within a week of the consultation, Little Sparrow will provide you with a contract to review and sign along with an estimate and invoice. After reviewing and confirming your order, please send a non-refundable deposit of $200 and a signed copy of our contract to reserve the wedding date on our calendar. The deposit will be applied to the final balance.
We understand variables may shift, therefore 5 weeks prior to your event date, we will reach out to confirm details pertaining to your floral needs. Additions and small changes can be made at this time.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event. Checks (payable to Little Sparrow Farm) or Venmo are accepted.
We will have your flowers ready for your big day ready for pick up, or delivery if settled upon.
